Papers
will be included in the volume of abstracts and
the proceedings CD only after the payment of the
paper inclusion fee before 28 February 2009.
Paper inclusion fee is to be paid at the time of the submission of camera
ready manuscript.
(*) The paper inclusion fee EUR 150 will be deduced from
the due registraiton fee, i.e. for participants paying the registration fee before
28 February, EUR 150+200.
